What will you do?

A day in the life of a Learning Specialist at VF looks a little like this.

The Learning Specialist will work within Global Learning and Leadership Development as a hands-on execution partner supporting the delivery of enterprise learning across the AMER region. They'll collaborate closely with the Director, AMER Learning and Development, global program owners, facilitators, learning designers, and the AMER Learning Operations Coordinator. The Learning Specialist focuses on delivering high-quality learning experiences through strong execution, in-session support, facilitation, and learner experience management.

Let's break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

  • Delivers global functional and leadership learning programs across AMER in partnership with the Director & Functional Learning and global program owners; applies strong facilitation practices to reinforce learning objectives, participation, and application to real work.
  • Ensures highquality learning experiences during live and blended sessions, supporting flow, engagement, and effectiveness; provides insession support, managing timing, transitions, activities, and resolving realtime issues (escalating logistics or system challenges as needed).
  • Supports regional rollout of global programs through light content tailoring and contextual adjustments within established standards.
  • Assists with earlystage design work, including outlines, session structures, and draft materials under direction of the Director; uses approved tools and AI to generate draft content (agendas, activities, facilitator notes) and supports iterative refinement.
  • Partners with Subject Matter Experts to translate complex content into practical, usable learning experiences.
  • Coordinates with Learning Operations while maintaining focus on program delivery and learner experience.
  • Partners closely with theDirector to support priorities, delivery plans, and stakeholder commitments.
  • Captures insights from delivery, learner feedback, and facilitation experiences; identifies recurring themes to refine content, facilitation, and execution.
  • Shares observations with stakeholders to inform ongoing program improvements.

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, especially a degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field, we are most interested in your 3+ years of experience and professional achievements.

Hiring Range:

$69,120.00 USD - $86,400.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, orcommissionpotential.
