Short Intro and About the Job

The Learning Data and Systems Analyst will support operational excellence through data and digitization, delivering friction-free support to internal customers, while driving the learning agenda through data-driven insights. This role is expected to be the subject matter expert on all learning systems, learning data collection, learning data visualization, learning impact and analysis; they will need to operate independently and check-in rather than operate with frequent guided direction. This role is hybrid and can be based out of White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO!

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Data, Data Governance and Reporting: 
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to learning and talent development programs. 
    • Provide and synthesize data insights to Director level and above in the organization. 
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and learning metrics. 
    • Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve learning initiatives for the enterprise 
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems. 
    • Be accountable for all data activities within the L&C department. 

          2. Learning Technology Management and User Support: 

    • Oversee the administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS). 
    • Own the generation of data from learning technology tools to support training and facilitations 
    • Provide technical support and training to LMS users, ensuring seamless user experience. 
    • Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues in a timely manner. 
    • Collaborate with content developers to upload and manage learning materials. 
    • Collaborate with the Global Learning Team to maintain enterprise requirements.  

          3. Budget Management Support: 

    • Process invoices, track expenses, and ensure timely payments to learning vendors. 
    • Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile discrepancies. 
    • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines. 

         4. Cross-Functional Learning Services Support: 

    • Triage learning requests received through internal customer support systems. 
    • Support the delivery of learning support requests to the Learning teams.  
    • Coordinate and support the delivery of learning programs and events. 

          5. Employee Listening Survey Support: 

    • Support stakeholders with the analysis of and reporting of data from employee listening tools.  

    The salary range for this position is $78-85k USD.     About You

    Qualifications:

    • You have a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Education, or a related field
    • You have 2+ years of experience in data analysis, or a related role
    • You have proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and LMS platforms
    • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • You have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines
    • You are detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
    • You have project management expertise

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • You have experience with corporate learning processes
