- Ensure timely and effective support for computers, software, classroom technology, AV systems, printers, and related peripherals.
- Coordinate installation, maintenance, replacement, and lifecycle planning for school technology equipment.
- Oversee procurement, inventory, licensing, and vendor relationships for technology tools and services.
- Analyze support trends, user feedback, and system needs to improve service quality and operational effectiveness.

- Develop standards for classroom and meeting-room technology that promote consistency, ease of use, and reliability.
- Support staff in the effective use of presentation systems, classroom displays, audio equipment, and related tools.
Infrastructure and Security Coordination
- Provide oversight of the school's network, systems, and technology infrastructure to ensure reliability, performance, and security.
- Serve as the primary school liaison with external technology vendors, managed service providers, and technical consultants.
- Coordinate vendor-managed network, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems work to ensure school needs are met.
- Maintain working knowledge of infrastructure and cybersecurity matters sufficient to oversee vendors, ask informed questions, and communicate needs to leadership.
