Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
Job Summary
We are seeking licensed therapists across California to provide remote counseling services. In this full-time position, you'll deliver therapy sessions virtually, helping clients manage stress, anxiety, and relationship concerns. This role offers the flexibility of working from home with the structure of a consistent weekday schedule.
Schedule & Compensation
  • Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Annual Salary: $115,000 - $120,000
  • Full benefits package

Responsibilities
  • Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
  • Create customized treatment plans and adjust as progress is made
  • Maintain detailed and compliant clinical documentation
  • Collaborate virtually with peers for coordinated care
  • Engage in continuing education and training

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
