Job Description

We're Z2 Systems, an INC 5000 company that provides a CRM system and web design services to nonprofits. Our mission: To empower nonprofit organizations with the most impactful CRM database solution and inspiring websites, supported by the most helpful and caring nonprofit experts. With 90% of our staff coming from a nonprofit background, we're driven to help our clients make a difference in the world.

What you'll do:

We're seeking a highly motivated and energetic Inbound SDR to communicate with nonprofits that have expressed interest in NeonCRM and Web Studio. As an Inbound representative, you will work with prospects that have already engaged with us through one of our marketing channels. This is a customer service position that involves high quality outreach to hundreds of nonprofits on a weekly basis, speaking to them about their needs and how we can help them achieve their goals.

You will:

  • Prequalify interested nonprofits via phone and email to determine if they are a good fit for NeonCRM and/or Web Studio
  • Bring in 250+ qualified prospects per month, and meet other objectives set by Sales Manager
  • Schedule demos for sales team with qualified prospects
  • Follow our sales process and track all activity in Hubspot
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of our Company's product and service offerings, sales procedures, mission, and values
  • Provide weekly forecasts to Sales Manager
  • Work with the Sales Manager to implement prospecting strategies
  • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on product, industry changes and competitive landscape
  • Be a feedback conduit to sales, marketing and the leadership team
Qualifications

What you need to get the job done:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Fundraising/Nonprofit Development
  • Willingness to become proficient in Hubspot, NeonCRM, and other tech platforms
  • Outgoing, high-energy, and enjoys talking with people (role is heavy phone-based)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications kills
  • Strong time management skills with ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Ability to take initiative and complete tasks on an independent basis
  • Proven team player

Brownie points for:

  • Working knowledge of nonprofit sector
  • Experience using a CRM system
  • Customer service experience
  • Teaching or training experience a plus
