Joyce Koons Automotive is seeking an experienced Accounting Office Manager to join our team in Manassas, VA. The ideal candidate will oversee all accounting office operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and assist in daily accounting office operations and workflows
  • Assist Controller with maintaining the general ledger and month end process
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business operations.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years dealership accounting experience
  • Knowledge of every accounting desk including billing, titles, AP and AR
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and software.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to adapt to new technology
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
