Job Summary:

The Operations manager will plan and oversee the daily operations of the organization to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.

Duties/Responsibilities:

•    Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of roofing projects.

•    Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of the organization's operations division.

•    Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems.

•    Collaborates with other divisions and departments to carry out the organization's goals and objectives.

•    Supervise project managers and superintendents to ensure effective project execution.

•    Maintain field operations schedule to meet customer demands and company budget goals.

•    Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials. Identify and resolve challenges that may arise during roofing projects, fostering a solutions-oriented approach.

•    Collaborate cross-functionally to address complex issues with creativity and efficiency.

Required Skills/Abilities: 

•    Proven experience as an operations Manager in the commercial roofing industry.

•    Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry best practices.

•    Excellent leadership and team management skills.

•    Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

•    Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs.

•    Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:
