Oakmont Family Dental is seeking an experienced, motivated Front Office Manager to lead our front office team and help create an exceptional patient experience. We are a growing practice with a strong support system, beautiful modern offices, and a team that truly values communication, accountability, and culture.

We’re seeking a leader who is hands-on, team-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Schedule:Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the front office team
  • Manage scheduling, patient flow, and daily office operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
  • Train and coach team members to maintain office standards
  • Ensure systems and processes are followed consistently
  • Assist with front desk duties and daily operational tasks as needed
  • Help foster a positive, accountable, and team-focused culture

Qualifications
  • Previous dental front office experience required
  • Leadership and training experience required
  • Strong scheduling and customer service background
  • Comfortable handling phones and patient communication
  • Dental software experience required
  • Open Dental experience preferred but not required
