Industrial Finishes & Systems is looking for an Office & Facilities Coordinator to help keep our workplace organized, welcoming, and running smoothly. This is a part-time, in-person position at our home office in west Eugene, and we're happy to offer flexibility in how the workweek is structured. Depending on your availability and preference, the position could be:5 days per week: approximately 5-hour days (8a start)4 days per week: 6-7 hour days (8a start)The schedule will generally be consistent, but some flexibility around meetings, special projects, and specific office needs will occasionally be important. We'll provide as much advance notice as possible and will work with you to plan around those needs. Our goal is to find the right person and a schedule that works well for both you and the business.This job is equal parts organizer, problem-solver, and first impression. You'll be the voice that greets our customers and vendors on the phone, the eyes that notice when the supply closet is running low, and the hands that make sure our office and facility are clean, stocked, and running well every single day.We're a team that works hard, keeps our egos in check, and doesn't take ourselves too seriously.
