Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to lead daily office operations and serve as a key hub between our customers, field teams, and leadership.

This role combines operations management, customer service leadership, and administrative oversight.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

Office operations run smoothly with clear systems and accountability

Customer inquiries and follow-ups are handled promptly and professionally

Billing, accounts receivable, and collections processes are organized and improving

Administrative team is aligned, supported, and productive

Leadership has improved visibility into key reports and office metrics

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative workflows

Supervise and support administrative staff

Serve as escalation point for customer inquiries

Support customer service and inside sales efforts

Assist with invoicing and oversee accounts receivable

Manage collections and key account follow-ups

Prepare client proposals and job documentation

Support onboarding logistics for new employees

Manage office supplies and vendors

Provide reporting and data tracking support

Requirements

5-10+ years of office management or administrative leadership experience

Experience in a service-based or field operations environment preferred

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
