As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, managing, training, and motivating the office team. You will oversee all accounting functions, administrative activities, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will manage all aspects of the day-to-day office functions. You will work with the owners on special projects as needed. 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in hiring office personnel and ensure employment best practices and compliance
  • Manage the training and development plans for office team
  • Oversee performance management for office team
  • Deliver financial reporting as needed
  • Verify and analyze franchise performance reports
  • Assist with office staffing and compensation plan as needed
Position Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED mandatory; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
  • At least 3 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail

This is a role in a very fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Must pass a background check administered by our vendor.
