About the Role AfterQuery is seeking Office Manager Experts to create and refine office management challenges for training AI models.

In this remote, flexible role, you will design and evaluate administrative leadership scenarios that test the AI's ability to interpret and apply complex office management principles, ensuring that our models can navigate real-world team supervision, operational workflows, and administrative problem-solving with precision and practical insight. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between proven office management practice and innovative AI solutions, making a tangible impact on the future of workplace technology. Responsibilities Develop high-quality office management questions and case studies that challenge AI models on topics such as staff coordination, workflow optimization, scheduling, office policies, resource allocation, communication management, vendor relations, and more.

Evaluate and validate model responses, offering detailed feedback to ensure accuracy and adherence to office management best practices and standards. Collaborate with a team of administrative and technical experts to fine-tune question difficulty and ensure content is both challenging and educational. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred).

Proven experience as an office manager or administrative supervisor with a robust understanding of office operations and team leadership.
