In this entry-level office position, you play a critical role in our office. Each day, you arrive at work ready to lend a helping hand to our customers, office staff and technicians. You promptly answer all incoming phone calls. Your day may involve ordering parts, staging jobs and coordinate our technicians, ensuring the right tech gets to the right job on time.
In addition to helping our customers and technicians, you also complete a variety of administrative tasks, including performing data entry and assisting our project and field managers whenever needed. Flexible and reliable, you also manage our fleet program, keeping all our vehicles maintenances up to date and registrations, inspections and services scheduled and completed. We can always count on you to jump in whenever necessary and complete your tasks thoroughly and enthusiastically. Thanks to you, our office is organized, and our technicians are reliable!
