Office Coordinator – Cinco’s Cantina

Part-Time | Up to 35 Hours per Week | Daytime Hours
Pay Based on Experience

Cinco’s Cantina is looking for an organized, dependable, and self-motivated Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on administrative position that plays an important role in keeping our day-to-day business operations organized and running smoothly.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, pays attention to the details, and can manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is approachable, professional, and comfortable working with community programs and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to owners, management, and restaurant staff
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle general business inquiries
  • Assist with employee paperwork, onboarding, and maintaining personnel records
  • Maintain organized and accurate electronic and paper files
  • Assist with payroll-related paperwork and recordkeeping
  • Assist with invoices, receipts, vendor paperwork, and other basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Communicate with vendors when needed for bookkeeping inquiries
  • Track paperwork and follow up with employees, managers, vendors, and customers when needed
  • Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed
