Office Assistant - Payroll & Reception

Job Summary:

Celestial Care is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant - Payroll & Reception to join our team in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This is a part-time position from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, requiring a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guests and manage phone calls to the right department

  • Process payroll and maintain accurate records

  • Understand and implement company policies and procedures

  • Provide administrative support to the office as needed
