Location: Riverview Landing - Otsego, MN
Salary Range: $18.20 - $20.54/Hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule:
  • Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
  • 9am - 4pm, every other Saturday & Sunday
Position Summary:
The Office Assistant serves as the first contact for families and visitors into the facility. Provide a friendly and functional reception area and provides administrative assistance and support to all departments. Assists with day to day operations of the Business Office. Responsible for work supplies and tools to ensure that resources are used wisely. Supports and implements all safety practices. Services are provided in accordance with the mission of Guardian Angels.
Job Duties:
  • Serve as point of first contact for prospective residents, family members and visitors.
  • Performs main receptionist, office and bookkeeping duties.
  • Provide administrative support to the respective departments.
  • Maintains and coordinates all scheduling of facility multi-use rooms.
  • Assists residents in filling out maintenance work requests.
  • May collect inquiry information from prospective clients and direct such information to Community Outreach/ Administrative Associate or Administrator.
  • Maintains a current file system of resident records (current and discharged) in a professional & confidential manner.
  • Maintain and update the facility directory and entry system a regular basis.
  • Prepare various forms, letters and mailings as directed.
  • Maintenance of employee & resident meal ticket sales and receipts. Generates monthly dietary revenue spreadsheet.
  • To assist in providing a dignified, respectful, resident-centered environment for residents.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 to 3 years prior office experience preferred.
  • Must have multi-line telephone/switchboard experience.
  • Must have computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, data bases, and various accounting applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written (read, write) communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to multi task, organize and prioritize daily duties.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Maintains good attendance and punctuality.
