Office Administrator

Cuningham seeks an Office Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Minneapolis office while supporting Office Directors firmwide. This exempt role is essential to creating a professional, efficient, and welcoming office environment through consistent onsite presence, visitor engagement, facilities coordination, and high-quality administrative support.

Serving as a key point of contact for internal staff, leadership, and external guests, the Office Administrator supports day-to-day office operations, meeting and event logistics, and a variety of administrative tasks. This position requires a strong service mindset, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.

What you will do:

  • Maintain a full-time onsite presence in the Minneapolis office, Mondayโ€“Friday, 9:00 AMโ€“5:00 PM.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception experience.
  • Support office facilities needs, including monitoring and replenishing office and kitchen supplies, accepting deliveries, coordinating maintenance, and assisting with overall workspace functionality.
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and readiness of reception and shared office areas.
  • Provide administrative support to Office Directors firmwide, including calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and day-to-day administrative assistance.
  • Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting for Office Directors.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and events, including room scheduling or off-site venues, catering and refreshments, preparation of materials, and logistical communication.
  • Support internal cultural engagement initiatives, including event assistance and recognition or gifting coordination.
  • Answer and direct calls on the main reception line in collaboration with other administrative team members.
  • Provide cross-functional administrative support to colleagues to ensure seamless office coverage and consistent service delivery.
  • Assist with special projects, tasks, and assignments in support of operational and business objectives.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, customer service, and confidentiality in all interactions.

$56,000 - $80,000 a year Compensation provided is based on our national range which varies by work location and may also depend on accreditation, experience and responsibilities.
