  • Set up and adjust production line equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose machine malfunctions and equipment issues.
  • Partner with Maintenance Technicians to perform repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Assist in training and evaluating operators on proper machine setup and adjustments.
  • Maintain documentation, maintenance logs, and performance metrics for equipment.
  • Follow safety and food safety standards while performing all duties.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance line performance and minimize downtime.
What you'll bring...
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–3 years of mechanical or maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and drive systems.
  • Experience working with packaging or pizza topping machinery preferred.
  • Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Mechanical or maintenance-related certifications preferred.
  • Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
  • Ability to read and interpret machine prints, technical manuals, and maintenance instructions.
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and work in varying temperatures (freezer to hot environments).
