What You’ll Do - 
 
As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running safely, efficiently, and at quality standards. Responsibilities include:
•     Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment
•     Performing machine setup and changeovers
•     Reading and following work orders and production specifications
•     Completing quality checks and required production documentation
•     Troubleshooting basic machine or quality issues
•     Understanding machine components including rollers, knives, webs, and unwind systems
•     Supporting startup, shutdown, and shift change procedures
•     Maintaining a safe and organized work area
•     Producing quality product that meets customer specifications
 
What We’re Looking For
Successful candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and motivated to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred qualifications include:
•     Previous machine operator experience in manufacturing
•     Experience working from raw material through finished product production
•     Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
•     Ability to perform machine-specific preventative maintenance tasks
•     Strong attention to detail and quality
•     Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
•     Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
•     High school diploma or equivalent preferred
•     At least 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred
•     Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist
