Responsibilities

  • You clock in, tie that apron tight, and the kitchen is already buzzing. The first tickets fire off the printer like a starting whistle, and you’re off — scanning orders, heating up the line, and jumping straight into the cooking on the line. You’re slicing, dicing, frying like a pro, building the foundation for a night of nonstop action. When the rush hits, you’re in your element — flipping and seasoning every item to make sure it’s cooked just right. You trust your senses, your skills, and your instincts.
  • The pace is fast, the energy is loud, and you’re right in the middle of it — communicating timing to servers and keeping the right flow. You’re checking in with the Lead Cook and Sous Chefs as needed, keeping the kitchen synced up like a wellrun play. Every plate you send out fuels someone’s gameday excitement, and you feel that momentum all shift long. By the time you wrap up, you’ve crushed another service, kept the quality high, and helped create the kind of electric atmosphere people come back for again and again.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in culinary arts or recognized apprenticeship preferred.
  • Must have basic reading and math skills for recipes and measurements.
  • Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of the application of sanitation procedures.
