What you'll be doing:
As a Robotics Solutions Architect (SA), you will help our partners integrate and develop accelerated Simulation and AI pipelines for Robotics applications. This role involves a mix of consulting, hands-on engineering, and collaboration with internal and external teams.
Act as technical expert to guide partners on solving complex robotics technical challenges by implementing end-to-end solutions using NVIDIA products.
Work directly with partners to help them scope and develop solutions for robotics learning and simulation, synthetic data generation, software in the loop testing, AI enhanced manipulation workflows using NVIDIA's Isaac Lab, Isaac Sim, Newton, Cosmos, and other relevant platforms.
Partner with Sales, NVIDIA Engineering, Product and other Solution Architect teams to drive NVIDIA full stack adoption. Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows and requirements, lead proof-of-concepts evaluations and provide internal feedback to drive continuous product improvements.
Share domain expertise with the NVIDIA solutions architect community and stay updated on advancements in robotics, AI, simulation and computer graphics.
What we need to see:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of proven experience in robotics development, with experience in simulation and AI domains.
Proficiency in Python, with experience in robotics software frameworks like ROS/ROS2.
Familiarity with one or more Robotics Simulation frameworks (e.g., Isaac Lab, Isaac Sim, Newton, Warp, PhysX, MujoCo, Pybullet, Drake) and 3D workflows and tools (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, Blender)
Applied experience with industrial robot arms, mobile manipulators, humanoids and/or dexterous hands, with emphasis on reinforcement learning, manipulation motion planning, grasping or control workflows.
Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Self-starter with passion for growth, learning, and multi-functional teamwork.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Familiarity with C++, CUDA, NVIDIA Warp or the Newton simulation engine.
Hands-on experience with Isaac Lab or Isaac Sim and with relevant data formats like Pixar's OpenUSD and URDF
Understanding of large-scale model training, reinforcement learning or distributed simulation on GPU clusters.
Experience with Generative AI models or Neural rendering workflows.
External, customer-facing skills and background.
