Job description

NVIDIA has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. It's a unique legacy of innovation that's fueled by great technology-and amazing people. Today, we're tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. An era in which our GPU acts as the brains of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can understand the world. Doing what's never been done before takes vision, innovation, and the world's best talent. As an NVIDIAN, you'll be immersed in a diverse, supportive environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work. Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world.

We are looking for a dynamic business leader to manage NVIDIA's growth in host networking products for agentic workloads. This position will increase demand for NVIDIA DPUs, NICs, and SuperNICs by combining valuable DOCA libraries with leading customer and ISV workloads. In addition to building demand driven by workloads, this leader will handle daily NIC sales operations, evaluate forecast quality for both near and distant periods, and work closely with operations to match supply with customer needs. Your success will rely on connecting customer application requirements, ISV development plans, NVIDIA networking strengths, and supply-demand realities into repeatable software-supported adoption and delivery processes. You will lead the market strategy for workload acceleration, bring together product, sales, engineering, developer relations, solution architects, operations, and ecosystem teams, and turn software integration into design wins, workload engagement, added value, and extensive deployments.

What you'll be doing:

  • Define strategy and day-to-day segment sales operating cadence for DPU, NIC and SuperNIC demand generation, outlining the priority workloads, customers, ISVs, use cases, business reviews, and adoption motions where DOCA builds differentiated value.

  • Identify, develop and close workload-led builds that attach NVIDIA NIC and SuperNIC products to leading AI, cloud, and enterprise customers deploying agentic workloads.

  • Build deep relationships with end customers, ISVs, platform providers, and ecosystem partners to secure integration, validation, launch, and deployment commitments.

  • Lead a matrixed group including product management, sales, developer relations, solution architects, engineering, and marketing to prioritize integrations, enablement, field plays, and roadmap feedback.

  • Emphasize the ways DOCA-enabled DPU, NIC, and SuperNIC functionalities boost agentic workloads' performance, efficiency, security, observability, and operational scale.

  • Build a robust opportunity pipeline with segment sales and account teams, including target account mapping, workload qualification, ISV integration achievements, executive engagement, and partner alignment.

  • Lead short-term and long-term NIC business forecasts, evaluate potential risks and opportunities, and collaborate with operations, finance, product, and account groups to coordinate supply, allocation, and customer ramp plans.

  • Track and drive quarterly business reporting, forecast accuracy, design-win progress, integration status, revenue influence, supply-demand alignment, customer blockers, and competitive insights.

What we need to see:

  • A technical and commercial university degree (or equivalent experience).

  • Over 15 overall years of experience advancing sales, business growth, product launches, or platform adoption for data center networking, cloud infrastructure, semiconductor, infrastructure software, or enterprise software products, including more than 10 years focused on leading high-performing teams.

  • Experience crafting demand through software platforms, SDKs, libraries, APIs, ISV partnerships, developer ecosystems, or workload integrations.

  • Solid understanding of NICs, SuperNICs, DPUs, data center networking, Ethernet, RDMA/RoCE, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, security and storage acceleration, and AI data center architectures.

  • Ability to translate deep technical capabilities into executive narratives, customer value propositions, sales plays, proof points, and actionable go-to-market plans.

  • Experience leading segment sales operating rhythm, demand forecasting, supply-demand coordination, business reviews, and collaborative efforts with operations, finance, product, and account teams.

  • Diligent and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities, evolving workloads, and changing customer requirements.

  • Can present complex marketing and technical content to executives at NVIDIA, our partners, ISVs, and customers.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Hands-on familiarity with NVIDIA DOCA, BlueField DPUs, SuperNICs, NIC software ecosystems, programmable host networking.

  • Deep knowledge of AI factory architectures for agentic workloads, GPU cluster networking, host networking requirements, application performance bottlenecks, and operational tradeoffs at scale.

  • Experience balancing new design-win creation with run-the-business rigor for high-volume networking, silicon, systems, or infrastructure products, including supply constraints, allocation, customer ramps, and lifecycle transitions.

  • Experience building ISV partner motions for cloud-native infrastructure, storage, security, observability, virtualization, databases, data processing, AI training, AI inference, or enterprise platforms.

  • Technical knowledge of NVIDIA products and services, plus enterprise, hyperscaler, and ISV qualification, deployment, and lifecycle models.
