Job Summary: 

The RPA Developer I is responsible for the development and administration of solutions for managed RPA environments. The RPA developer will partner with various teams to design, implement, test, document, and deploy enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes needed. RPA developers should also have an understanding of API design, including principles of REST, JSON and OAuth and be comfortable working with databases and web technologies.

Job Expectations: 

  • Develop stable, secure, and scalable RPA solutions using UiPath that focus on identity and user access control processes.
  • Design, develop, and maintain RPA workflows using UiPath Studio
  • Integrate RPA solutions with other systems and applications, such as databases, APIs, and third-party software
  • Monitor bots post-deployment, and proactively fixes bugs
  • Open to learning new automations and technical tools
  • Directing meetings and workshops with other business units to gather requirements and design solutions.
  • Documenting process workflows, creating technical designs, release notes, and other project documentation to support development, security, operations, and maintenance of a project.
  • Ensure that RPA solutions adhere to industry best practices and compliance standards, including data security and privacy regulations
  • Be available to work after hours and provide support for a 24/7 operation

Job Requirements:

  • Background developing with UiPath
  • Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Javascript, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of workflow design principles.
  • Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
  • Knowledgeable on agile-driven development using Scrum methodology
  • Strong grasp on how to use RESTful API
  • Experience with Amazon S3
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Experience Requirements:

  • Generally prefers minimum of two (2) years of Robotic Process Automation Experience (UIpath, Blueprism, Nice) or two (2) years of Development Experience

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field required.

Judgment/Reasoning Ability:  Able to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise, and diplomacy.  Ability to use judgment and reasoning skills, and determine when to escalate issues, as required, in a timely manner.
