Location:Remote, US

Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor team status, project timelines, and detailed tasks.
  • Support your team in providing technical and project guidance to solve complex problems and make sound technical decisions.
  • Conduct code reviews and quality assurance activities to uphold team standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Management to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities to ensure high levels of team performance.
  • Evaluate and refine development processes, tools, and methodologies to achieve better results.
Requirements
  • Worked for 8+ years as a developer and 5+ years as a development manager.
  • Have a strong technical background in software engineering, with proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, infrastructure, and development tools including proven experience with Jira and git.
  • Have strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Enjoy mentoring and optimizing team performance to achieve spectacular results.
  • Can prioritize competing demands, delegate tasks effectively and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Earned a bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field or have equivalent work experience.
