Software Development Coordinator
Full-Time / Non-Union
Location: Northampton, MA
Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000
ServiceNet's Information Systems team is seeking an organized, driven coordinator to bring structure and consistency to our in-house software development, enterprise technology, and data initiatives. The Software Development Coordinator coordinates projects involving software applications, enterprise systems, data warehouses, dashboards, integrations, and reporting. This individual will also manage incoming data and reporting requests, translating business needs into clear, prioritized technical work. Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day software development, data, and technology project work.
  • Manage priorities, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and deadlines across a portfolio of enterprise technology projects.
  • Coordinate software builds, data warehouse initiatives, dashboards, system integrations, and reporting.
  • Receive, clarify, prioritize, track, and coordinate data and reporting requests from programs and business stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable project plans.
  • Maintain development standards, code review practices, testing expectations, documentation, and release processes.
  • Track project progress, identify risks and blockers, and provide clear status updates.
  • Support enterprise applications, integrations, and analytics used across more than 100 programs.
  • Help ensure software development and data-handling practices comply with HIPAA and applicable privacy and security requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Three or more years of experience in software development, technical project coordination, IT project management, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating projects in an enterprise technology environment.
  • Experience managing data, analytics, or reporting requests from business stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of modern programming languages such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, or similar technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Azure and with data, reporting, or business-intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with version control, code review, testing, release management, and standard project-management tools.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholder needs.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
