The Opportunity

Euna Solutions is looking for an Alliance Manager who's ready to own a portfolio of strategic partnerships that directly move the needle on pipeline and market presence. You'll be the connective tissue between Euna and the partners who matter most in public sector verticals - higher education, healthcare, nonprofits, and tribal government - building relationships that create real, measurable growth on both sides. If you're energized by the intersection of strategy and relationship-building and want your work to have visible impact, this role was built for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Scout, evaluate, and onboard new partners across technology, services, associations, and channel, presenting clear business cases for each opportunity
  • Lead Euna's presence and influence within key trade associations, pursuing leadership roles and driving thought leadership content in partnership with Marketing
  • Track and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, holding partners accountable to agreed commitments
  • Support the sales team in partner communication and deal management, ensuring smooth collaboration across the full opportunity lifecycle
  • Bridge insights from association relationships back to internal teams - surfacing emerging priorities that inform product and go-to-market strategy
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to keep partner activity aligned with broader company goals

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in channel sales, alliances, business development, or partnership management - ideally in B2B SaaS or public sector technology
  • Proven track record of building partner relationships that generate measurable pipeline and revenue
  • Deep familiarity with one or more of Euna's core verticals: higher education, healthcare, nonprofit, or tribal/indigenous government
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders at partner organizations
  • Strategic thinker who can spot opportunity, build a business case, and execute with minimal oversight
  • Exceptional communicator - written, verbal, and in front of an audience, including conferences and working sessions

Nice-to-Have additions:

  • Existing relationships within higher education, healthcare, nonprofit, or tribal government networks
  • Experience managing association memberships or holding volunteer leadership roles within an industry association
