Job description

Job Summary:
Suncap Technology is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 2 for a contract role in Redmond, WA. The main function of this role is to plan, direct, and coordinate activities in non-IT based projects, focusing on optimizing operations and managing customer deployments of Microsoft security products.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
โ€ข Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
โ€ข Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
โ€ข Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
โ€ข Work with Product Marketing to develop persona driven playbooks relevant to BDMs & buyers in the Privacy space for Azure Purview Privacy (P1) and Priva (P2)
โ€ข Develop deployment framework for customers that includes both M365 Priva and Azure Purview.
โ€ข Internal white paper(s) mapping current and upcoming privacy regulations to DSP & Compliance vertical products (IRM, CC, eD, MIP, DLP). Identify impact to current solution offerings (horizontal effort)
โ€ข Field training content for Azure Purview Data Governance including compete playbooks, 1-pagers and presentations.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Program Management Experience | 3+ Years of Experience
โ€ข Effective Legal research skills (candidate will be searching through regulations) | 3+ Years of Experience
โ€ข DevOps experience | 3+ Years of Experience
โ€ข 2-4 overall years of experience in the field.
โ€ข At least one of the following certifications is required: Microsoft licensing specialist or PMP certification.
โ€ข Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
โ€ข Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
โ€ข Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
โ€ข Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Preferred:
โ€ข Certification in Sales Force Administrator is a nice to have.
โ€ข PMI or PMP certification preferred.
