Title: Recruiter I
Location: San Francisco, CA 94158
Duration: 6 Months +
Pay Rate: $35-$40/hr
Top 3 Responsibilities
We are looking for a "hyper-agile" recruiter who prioritizes haste without sacrificing quality. The successful candidate will be a decisive advisor-not an order-taker-who understands how to navigate complex stakeholder relationships while hitting aggressive volume targets.
1) Handling High Volume Non-Tech Req loads (30+) is a MUST
2) Being able to navigate hundreds of applications for each job opening
3) Stakeholder management; someone who wants to learn the business/build relationships/understand charters/challenges, etc.
Mandatory Requirements
Core Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience (Non-Tech).
Performance: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding defined monthly and quarterly KPIs.
Stability: Seeking long-term fits; please avoid career contractors or resumes with frequent, short-term "jumps."
Key Competencies
Business Acumen: Strong stakeholder management skills with an advisory mindset. Candidates must act as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who confidently consult and guide Hiring Managers.
Operational Agility: Must thrive in a high-haste, fast-paced environment with strong critical thinking and proactive
problem-solving skills.
Autonomy: Extremely organized self-starters who can manage their desk and time with minimal direction.
Desired Skills
Preferred but not required: iCIMS Knowledge, a NON-tech background is preferred, Operations background preferred.
Education
Bachelors preferred but not mandatory; Minimum of 2 years experience as a full cycle Recruiter managing and owning high volume hiring
