Role Summary

TheField Service Productivity Coordinatoris aBBand individual contributorresponsible for execution and coordination ofCustomer Engineering operational support activitiesthat enable service readiness, uptime, quality compliance, and customer commitments. The roleoperateswith moderate autonomy, applies established CE processes and BKMs, and partners crossfunctionally tomaintainoperational discipline and KPI performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and coordinateService Orders, RTS, TES, andpartsdispositionin alignment with CE and Supply Chain processes.

  • Maintainmaterials, tooling, andsparesreadiness; lead weekly parts reviews with Spares Planning and FSO.

  • Ownoperational KPI tracking and reporting(SO cycle time, IWN quality, materials aging, training compliance, productivity).

  • Analyze trends,identifyrisks, and drivestandard countermeasures; track corrective actions to closure.

  • Supportworkforce productivitythrough scheduling coordination, timecard accuracy, and coverage planning.

  • MaintainSOPs, BKMs, and CE documentation; support onboarding, training compliance, and competency tracking.

  • Conductquality checkson IWN documentation, SO compliance, parts handling, and ARK verifications.

  • Prepare materials and summaries forcustomer visits, audits, and operational reviews.

  • Own operational administration:IWN updates,iCapabilityPlus approvals, SO administration, TES workflows, parts returns, WIP/WDRs/OnDemand billing, and install base accuracy.

Scope & Impact

  • Direct impact onservice efficiency, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.

  • Interfaces withCE, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Training, and Customers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience infield service operations, CE support,logistics, or semiconductor equipment environments.

  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiencywith service management or workflow systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supportingCustomer Engineers / Field Service Engineers.

  • Knowledge ofmaterialslogistics, RMAs, TES, and Service Order workflows.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
