Total Site Solutions, Georgetown, TX, is searching for a driven IT Tech. The IT Technician plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the technological infrastructure of an organization. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of computer hardware, software, and network systems to support business functions effectively. The IT Technician will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, and network devices, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance. They will also assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and software applications across various platforms, including Windows and macOS. Ultimately, this role ensures that end-users have reliable access to technology resources, enabling productivity and operational continuity.
