We aim to make the markets more transparent, risk more controllable, and portfolio design more efficiently to help our clients grow and preserve their wealth.

Position: Digital Operations & Marketing Specialist (TX)

Employment Type: Regular Full-time. Non-Exempt.

Location: Houston, TX (In-office position)

Position Summary

We are looking for an energetic, highly organized Digital Operations & Marketing Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of our Houston office. This is a unique hybrid role designed for a tech-savvy professional who thrives on variety. You will spearhead AI-driven office automation, handle basic digital marketing functions, and act as our internal technology championโ€”serving as the primary liaison between our team and our outsourced IT company. The ideal candidate has a strong foundational skill set but is ultimately a continuous learner. You do not need to be a software developer, but you must be a digital "super user" who is excited to learn, master, and implement emerging productivity tools like Google Workspace, Gemini AI tools, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • AI-Driven Office Automation: Optimize day-to-day on-site administrative workflows by implementing smart scheduling, automated inventory tracking, digital record management, and other AI-driven operational tools to maintain a seamless workplace.
  • IT & Tech Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for staff technical issues, triage basic problems, and interface directly with our outsourced IT company to resolve advanced issues.
  • AI & Process Automation: Actively explore and implement AI tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Gemini AI tools, and process automation workflows) to streamline administrative tasks and improve office efficiency.
  • Internal Communication: Serve as a reliable communication bridge between executive leadership, internal staff, and external partners.
  • Digital Marketing Support: Assist with basic digital marketing coordination, which may include scheduling social media posts, updating website content, coordinating email newsletters, or tracking basic analytics using AI-assisted tools.
Qualifications & Core Competencies

Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree required; Masterโ€™s degree preferred. Degrees in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology (IT), Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration are highly preferred.

Experience: Approximately 3 years of professional experience in an administrative, operations, or tech-adjacent role.

Work Arrangement: Ability to work full-time on-site at our Houston office.

The "Learning" Mindset: A proven track record of self-teaching new software, tools, or skills quickly. High digital literacy is non-negotiable.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into simple language.

Problem-Solving: A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to troubleshoot challenges independently before escalating them.

Digital Marketing Familiarity: Basic understanding or prior exposure to social media management, content creation tools (like Canva), email marketing platforms, or basic SEO/web updates is highly desirable.

Pay Range
  • Annual Salary Base pay: $60,000 - $80,000.00 โ€“ 25.00 DOE
Benefits
  • Opportunities for professional development and growth within an inclusive team environment.
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life coverage for employee and premium allowance/subsidy for employeesโ€™ eligible dependents
  • PTO (vacation and sick)
  • 401(k) with Enhanced Employer Safe Harbor match
  • 10 paid holidays a year.
  • Professional membership reimbursement
  • Cell phone/technology reimbursement

Note: Benefits can and may change any time at the managementโ€™s discretion and in compliance with applicable State and Federal laws.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States and will not need employment sponsorship in the future, work on a full-time basis and able to commute to Houston, TX.

NOTE: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel so classified.
