We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic team dedicated to land asset management. In this pivotal role, you will significantly impact the efficiency and transparency of complex land and infrastructure transactions, directly contributing to the company's rapid growth and strategic initiatives. Your efforts will ensure seamless coordination, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication, playing a crucial part in maintaining the momentum of vital projects.
**What You'll Do:**
* Provide essential transactional, operational, and administrative support to teams focused on land asset management and broader infrastructure development initiatives.
* Manage high-volume transaction workflows, meticulously tracking and organizing agreements, amendments, and related documentation throughout their lifecycle.
* Review property reports and facilitate corrective actions by identifying ownership discrepancies and coordinating resolution with internal and external partners.
* Assist in monitoring financial budgets, processing payments, managing invoicing, and tracking relevant metrics to ensure alignment with portfolio standards and internal controls.
* Support the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing utilization of specialized land records and contract management systems to track executed agreements and contractual obligations.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor transaction status, performance metrics, and workflow health, aiding in strategic planning and continuous improvement.
* Clearly communicate transaction status, requirements, potential risks, and timelines to internal stakeholders and external business partners.
* Serve as a point of contact for external inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring professional and consistent engagement.
* Coordinate and support various internal initiatives, special projects, and process improvement efforts as business needs evolve.
* Collaborate closely with diverse internal departments, including Business Operations, Legal, Finance, Treasury, Tax, Risk, Operations, and Engineering, to ensure successful project delivery.
* Coordinate with external partners such as property owners, brokers, developers, legal counsel, design professionals, and consultants as required.
* Contribute to a culture that values speed, flexibility, accountability, and efficiency, while upholding high standards of quality and compliance.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
* Demonstrated experience in transactional, operational, or administrative support roles, preferably involving contracts or land assets.
* Proven ability to manage high-volume workflows and maintain meticulous records.
* Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
* Proficiency in using tracking systems or databases for contracts and documentation.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
