Job description

Description:

Spot Zero is the industry-leading manufacturer of onboard dock and seawater reverse osmosis systems. From personal pleasure crafts to the world’s finest mega yachts, we develop reverse osmosis systems to meet and exceed customer expectations.

At Spot Zero, we believe in internal growth and development. Our Production Technician path is designed to help team members advance their skills and responsibilities while contributing to the company’s success.


Production Technician I

Primary Focus: Inventory Handling and Receivables

  • Pick parts and components from inventory for builds
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments
  • Stock inventory accurately
  • Maintain clean and organized inventory areas
  • Learn basic product knowledge and assembly preparation
  • This role serves as the foundation for advancing into assembly and technical build responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Experience or knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
  • Strong attention to detail and quality

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly lift and move up to 50-100 lbs
  • Perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for long period
  • Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor conditions
