Job description

Top hand Tech will be required to install aerial fiber at the MST located on the utility poles and support as required per customer requirements. Installation will require the use of a 28’ extension ladder and or the use of a bucket truck. Testing is not part of our installation scope.

General requirements:

Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions, lift equipment, and comfortably climb ladders. Ability to clearly communicate with project managers, construction teams, and residential or commercial customers. Must possess basic computer skills and have a smartphone to update client portal and project team.

PPE, Safety cones, Ladders and Bucket Trucks will be provided by the company.

Employee is responsible for the following hand tools:

Fiber stripper, Lineman pliers, Battery operated drill, wrenches ½” to ¾” socket sets acceptable, Phillips screw tips and or screwdrivers. (Additional standard tool list will be provided)
