About the Role:

The Account Manager position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing strong relationships with partner establishments in their assigned territory. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, ensuring partners receive the highest level of service, support, and guidance to maximize success with Accel's gaming offerings. The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, assisting locations through video gaming applications and overall live video gaming processes, keeping locations updated on gaming industry information, as well as assisting in other areas as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned partner establishments to drive retention, increase market share and revenue growth.

  • Achieve assigned Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) objectives, including participation in the sales process and maximize account performance through strategic account management.

  • Conduct regular visits to partner locations to engage with location owners, provide support, gather feedback, identify opportunities, and strengthen relationships.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between partner establishments and Accel, managing day-to-day communications, issue resolution, and partner satisfaction.

  • Analyze account and industry performance data to identify trends, increase gameplay, and provide actionable recommendations that enhance partner performance.

  • Educate partners on gaming products, promotional programs, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

  • Ensure optimal service levels by coordinating with internal teams to resolve operational issues and support partner needs.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and revenue team members to drive engagement, support business growth objectives, and identify and cultivate new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop and implement customized on-site marketing materials and promotional initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate account records and performance reporting, stay informed on company products, regulatory requirements, and industry trends, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous account management and/or outside sales experience a plus

  • 2-4 years of hospitality, restaurant, bar, entertainment, gaming, or related service industry experience preferred

  • Strong professional presence

  • Ability to adapt, organize and multi-task

  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Extensive travel within your assigned region

  • Ability to interact with local bar, restaurant, and truck stop owners as well as Commanders of non-profit organizations

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail with strong follow-through.

  • Valid driver's license is required

  • Minimum of 21 years of age

Base Pay Range:

Base salary: $50,000-$70,000 with plus commission. Total potential compensation up to $150,000/yr.

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as: qualifications, experience level, and skillset.

Full and part-time employees are eligible to contribute to traditional and/or Roth 401(k) plans.
