JOB SUMMARY


The house cleaner is responsible for cleaning vacation rentals throughout the service region (South Lake Tahoe).


VRA has created a system which automates your schedule, houses, and linen. We love structure. While this position is independent in nature, we take pride in working with you to get the job done right.


Cleaning

  • Proficiently execute cleaning responsibilities, optimizing workflow, speed, and quality
  • Must be able to clean larger size homes: 4+ bedrooms
  • Able to rendering cleaning of homes within 10am - 4pm window.
  • Clean homes scheduled only to your team throughout service region, organizing approach, and managing time
  • Execute a cleaning checklist to complete kitchens, bathrooms, BBQ's, vacuuming / mopping, stocking supplies, dusting, etc.
  • Properly follow processes for meeting VRA standards
  • Effectively communicating with the VRA team through use of company systems


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be licensed and insured with valid Worker compensation certificate
  • Have your own vehicle and state minimum insurance coverage
  • Valid Drivers license
  • Basic proficiency with phone applications
  • Cleaning experience required
  • Professionally and clearly communicate through reports and face-to-face
  • Abilityto perform manual labor for long periods andmove to / from and throughout homes
  • To push, pull, move, and/or lift up to 50 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet and be able to push, pull, move and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 10 feet
