Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is looking for you to join our team as a Project Management based out at Merritt Island.
The Provisioner is responsible for managing and overseeing provisioning and logistics product data for the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Launcher System. This role acts as a liaison between program/project management, planning, engineering, and line management to ensure provisioning data is accurate, up to date, and aligned with program requirements. Key responsibilities include managing data used for obsolescence analysis, indenture structure and order, Bill of Materials (BOM) alignment, spares levels, and repairability/maintenance concepts.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of professional work experience; or a Master's degree.
  • Experience using Microsoft office suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to build/maintain trackers and data monitoring mechanisms.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance.
  • US citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • FBM Launcher (or similar complex weapon system) sustainment or provisioning experience.
  • Experience supporting obsolescence management, spares modeling/levels, and repairability analyses.
  • Experience with provisioning/logistics product data tools and/or PLM/ERP environments used to manage BOM/indenture-related data.
  • Experience managing or coordinating technical/logistics data (e.g., BOM-related data, provisioning/product support data, configuration/indenture data) in support of program execution.
  • Experience partnering across organizations (program, planning, engineering, operations) to resolve data discrepancies and drive timely closure.
  • Experience tracking cost/schedule/technical status and producing clear status reports/metrics for stakeholders

Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $98,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
