Job description

Promo Program Representative
We are seeking a highly organized professional with exceptional attention to detail for the role of Promo Program Representative. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem solving, and can confidently manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
The Promo Program Representative will oversee the end-to-end Nike Promo workflow, collaborating with both internal and external teams to streamline processes, remove obstacles, and ensure all projects remain on schedule.
Responsibilities:
  • Involved in all Nike Promo related zoom calls and meetings
  • Maintain comprehensive expertise in the full process and end-to-end lifecycle of the Nike Promo program
  • Keep all teams on track and follow up when tasks or approvals stall
  • Oversee accuracy of UPC and item information directly with Nike
  • Lead communication with Nike PIA to ensure BCS Data is entered into MMX/Gameday
  • Lead communication with the Equip (Direct Focus) team and manage uploads to Equip
  • Evaluate images and coordinate corrections with the art team.
  • Identify violations and manage order updates or cancellations with Nike sports marketing and management
  • Own the creation and accuracy of art assets within SAP
  • Ensure all internal and external teams are aligned as we receive updated information
  • Lead the transition of product information and requirements from merchandising to inventory and purchasing teams
