Job description

THE ROLE

We are looking forOperations Internsto join our team at New Highmark Stadium inOrchard Park, NY. As an Operations Intern, you willsupport the planning and execution ofgamedayand event operations,assistwith inventory, staffing coordination, and servicelogistics. This role offershandsonexperience inlargescalevenue operations while working closely withcrossfunctionalteams to deliver an exceptional fan experience.This internship will last for the entirety of the Buffalo Bills Season.If you are looking to be a part of the excitement and energy of live stadium events, this is your opportunity to join a fast-paced and team-oriented environment!

Opening in the 2026 NFL season, The New Highmark Stadium will become the new home of the Buffalo Bills. As the largest construction project in Western New York history, this stadium will havestate-of-the-arttechnology that will enhance the fan experience. Join us as we remember the past, while looking forward to the future.

ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS

  • Supportgamedayand event operations for food & beverage outlets,assistingwith inventory control, staffing coordination, and service flow across the stadium.

  • Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to ensure compliance with food safety standards, quality control, andtimelyservice duringhighvolumeevents.

  • Analyze sales and operational data to help improve concession efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance the fan experience.

  • Assistwith vendor coordination, setup, and breakdown for NFL games andspecial events, gaining hands-on experience in large-scale venue operations.

  • Practicesafe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.

  • Maintaina pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.

  • Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.

  • Other duties as assigned by management.

  • Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • At time of apply, must be a current student enrolled in an accredited college oruniversity orhave graduated within the past 6 months.

  • Pursuing or recently completed coursework in Operations, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, Business, orrelatedfield.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Able todemonstrateflexibility and quickly adapt to changes.

  • Ability to work every single scheduled event day.

  • Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to understand written and oral direction and to communicate the same with others.

COMPENSATION

Competitive salary starting at$18/hourcommensuratewith experience.
