Job description

The NFL is seeking an Integrated Sales Operations Coordinator to support media sales operations, including media-based sponsorships and sales development initiatives across NFL Media properties. This is a seasonal (7 month) position supporting the execution of media sponsorships throughout the NFL Season.

Responsibilities

  • Support asset management for NFL O&O properties on NFL.com
  • Maintain a record of sponsored links for NFL.com landing pages, editorials, etc. 
  • Maintain a database of sponsored product and content platform opportunities, which includes the status of working and sold business, start/end dates, and execution details for varying platforms
  • Support and manage inbound sales requests by touching base with content teams across NFL Digital Media 
  • Support the implementation of custom client creative for digital home page takeovers; provide quality assurance for sponsored campaigns before going live when possible
  • Work cross-functionally with NFL Media colleagues and support the Integrated Sales and Monetization team using established processes to execute multi-platform sales deals
  • Support monitoring reporting for sponsored social campaigns and tracking engagement data for monetized social campaigns 
  • Work closely with NFL Network, digital, and social media content producers on the execution of sponsored content campaigns
  • Review, update support and monitor reporting needs, as requested
  • Assist with implementation and execution of sponsored voting platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve all internal and external issues associated with ad campaigns, etc.
  • Coordinate with the NFL ad serving vendor in the setup, development, and execution of changes related to site advertising footprints across digital, social, and mobile platforms 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3+ years of interactive marketing, digital product development, campaign management, trafficking, or ad operations experience
