A nationally recognized, high-volume steakhouse brand is opening a brand-new location in Poughkeepsie, NY and is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to help build a winning team from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in launching a new restaurant while growing your career with an industry-leading organization known for developing strong leaders and delivering exceptional guest experiences. What You'll Do
  • Lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.
  • Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring consistent service, food quality, and hospitality standards.
  • Monitor labor, food, beverage, and operating costs while maximizing profitability.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety.
  • Support inventory management, ordering, scheduling, and financial reporting.
  • Partner with the management team to achieve sales goals, improve performance metrics, and build long-term success.
  • Lead by example during high-volume service periods while motivating the team to exceed expectations.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
