Position: New Business Coordinator
Department: Life Operations
Reporting to: Life Business Manager
Location: Topeka, KS โ€“ onsite
Overview:
As a New Business Coordinator, you will work closely with the life new business team during the application process. This role plays a crucial role by assisting with inputting information, assuring accuracy, and providing timely assistance to our financial advisors.
What youโ€™ll do:
  • Input, review and submit all incoming life applications
  • Order attending physician statements and medical exams
  • Work closely with our licensing team to ensure our producers are licensed and have completed their required training
  • Open, track, and distribute all mail for the life department
Experience youโ€™ll bring:
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently, but also as a collaborative team member
  • Detail oriented, focused on quality in all aspects of your work
  • PC proficiency, ability to work on several platforms at once
