Job description

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Inside Sales CARLSBAD CA. This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a for Inside Sales while learning new ones to assist you in your career. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and outreach to generated leads, primarily existing customers

  • Close sales efficiently by creating urgency and leveraging pricing guidelines

  • Negotiate pricing within established discount parameters

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business

  • Handle objections and adapt sales strategies in real time

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support inventory movement and sales goals

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years of sales experience

  • High school diploma or GED
