How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Manage a team of Account Managers and Executives to oversee day-to-day account management of Access Sites, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery. Train, coach, and evaluate associates against defined performance expectations, providing regular feedback and development support.

  • Own and drive the referral program to support up-selling and expansion opportunities within the existing network of Access Sites.
What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional preferences we're seeking
  • Healthcare-related lead generation
  • Continuous quality improvement (CQI)
  • 3+ years of experience managing Account Managers and Executives teams in a healthcare environment required
