Summary:

The Corporate Relations Manager/Business Development serves as a pipeline for new business and referrals. The role of the Corporate Relations Manager/Business Development is to build our brand and reputation through networking and other community events.

Job Responsibilities:

· Monitor and evaluate industry trends

· Meet regularly with managers to discuss strategy

· Coordinate and attend networking events

· Assist with creation and distribution of marketing materials

· Develop and implement sales and business development strategy, client acquisition process, and best practices across the company

· Maintain ethical standards of patient/ client care

· Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations

· Keep all presentation material current and up to date with current program offerings

· Set, track, and evaluate business development goals

· Meet with leadership team as needed

· Coordinate job fairs and networking events in conjunction with the Director of Human Resources

· Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

· 2 years B2C sales experience required

· 1 Year B2B sales experience required

· Valid Driver’s license

· Proof of automobile insurance

· BLS or CPR certification within 60 days of hire

· Experience working in the field of addiction or behavioral health

· Proficient in Microsoft office suite

· Understanding, experience, and compliance with HIPAA

· Ability to maintain confidential information with tact and discretion beyond HIPAA

· Maintain a professional demeanor that is representative of the organization

· Travel required up to 75%

· Minimum 3 years in a healthcare setting (preferred)

Physical Requirements:

  • Mobility - Twist, Bend, Stoop/squat, move quickly (respond to emergency), Climb stairs, Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces. Must be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination and stamina.

  • Hearing - Hear normal speaking level sounds (person-to-person), Hear alarms (monitors, fire alarms, code alarm

  • Visual - See information up to 24 inches away (monitors, computer screens, skin conditions), See objects up to 20 feet away (patient in room), Use depth perception, Use of peripheral vision. Use of peripheral vision and visually inspects sites to detect safety concerns.

  • Strength – The ability to frequently move/lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to use a fire extinguisher, requiring hand strength to squeeze and control the device.

  • Work Environment – Regularly works around moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity. Noise level may be loud at times.

  • Other - Reach above shoulders/overhead, reach below the waist (electrical plugs, etc.), Reach in front (assist patient with arms out), Pick up objects with hands, Write with pen, Use computer (type), Pinch/pick or otherwise work with fingers (use keyboard, etc.), Twist at waist, Twist wrists/hands (turn objects/knobs using hands).

  • Focus/Process Adherence Must be able to adhere to process protocols. Maintain focus on tasks in a busy environment.
