Overview
Our client, a rapidly growing, private equity-backed platform, is seeking a Network Operations & Cloud Integration Manager to lead infrastructure strategy and execution across a multi-entity environment. This individual will play a critical role in integrating newly acquired companies and building scalable, standardized IT systems across a portfolio of 16+ brands.
This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, transformation-driven environments and is passionate about building-not maintaining-enterprise infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead network operations and infrastructure across a multi-brand platform, ensuring performance, scalability and uptime
  • Drive post-acquisition IT integration efforts for newly acquired companies with limited or no existing infrastructure
  • Own Azure cloud strategy, including tenant consolidation and large-scale data migrations
  • Execute migrations across:
    • Microsoft Azure (tenant + data)
    • Microsoft 365 (email environments)
    • SharePoint (data centralization)
  • Deploy and enforce standardized network policies, infrastructure and security protocols across all entities
  • Oversee helpdesk operations and ticketing workflows (Zoho ManageEngine or similar tools)
  • Manage multiple concurrent integration and infrastructure initiatives in a high-volume M&A environment
  • Partner with leadership to align infrastructure strategy with broader business growth objectives

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in network operations, infrastructure, or cloud engineering roles
