This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, transformation-driven environments and is passionate about building-not maintaining-enterprise infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead network operations and infrastructure across a multi-brand platform, ensuring performance, scalability and uptime
  • Drive post-acquisition IT integration efforts for newly acquired companies with limited or no existing infrastructure
  • Own Azure cloud strategy, including tenant consolidation and large-scale data migrations

    • Microsoft 365 (email environments)
    • SharePoint (data centralization)
  • Deploy and enforce standardized network policies, infrastructure and security protocols across all entities
  • Oversee helpdesk operations and ticketing workflows (Zoho ManageEngine or similar tools)
  • Manage multiple concurrent integration and infrastructure initiatives in a high-volume M&A environment
  • Partner with leadership to align infrastructure strategy with broader business growth objectives

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in network operations, infrastructure, or cloud engineering roles
  • Proven experience leading Azure tenant and data migrations (required)
  • Strong background in network infrastructure and operations leadership across distributed environments
  • Experience supporting or leading M&A IT integrations or multi-entity environments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
  • Strong communication, ownership and execution capabilities in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Cisco Meraki environments
  • Microsoft 365 and SharePoint migration experience
  • Exposure to endpoint security tools (e.g., SentinelOne)
  • Background overseeing helpdesk or IT support functions
  • Experience in private equity-backed or acquisition-driven organizations
  • Exposure to data platforms, analytics, or AI-driven tools

What Makes This Role Unique
  • High-impact "builder" role with direct ownership of infrastructure across a growing platform
  • Significant exposure to M&A strategy and execution
  • Broad technical scope spanning cloud, infrastructure, data and enterprise systems
  • Clear career progression with strong internal promotion track record
  • High visibility with executive leadership, including direct interaction with the CIO

Key Details
  • Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 + bonus eligibility
  • Benefits available include medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
  • Location: Remote (U.S.-based), Preference Atlanta, GA
