???? Position Overview

The Network Engineer will play a critical role in managing and supervising network cabling, installation, and infrastructure projects to ensure operational excellence and compliance with safety standards. This position requires strong technical expertise in UTP and fiber optic (FO) cabling, project coordination, and hands-on experience with multi-vendor teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


???? Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage and oversee installation of UTP and FO cabling in manufacturing and industrial environments.
✅ Ensure all network installations and electrical work comply with OSHA safety standards and company requirements.
✅ Act as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and partners regarding cabling, electrical, and fiber installation.
✅ Coordinate and supervise multiple subcontractors, including PCI (wall/ceiling drilling), BMC (concrete drilling), Lighthouse, AES, and United Electric.
✅ Attend and contribute to early morning or evening meetings to support project timelines.
✅ Quickly resolve on-site technical issues using your network engineering expertise and troubleshooting skills.
✅ Manage installation schedules, materials, and quality control to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
✅ Maintain project documentation and communicate progress with internal and external stakeholders.


???? Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in cable construction or network installation projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Communication, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of UTP and fiber optic (FO) cabling systems and standards.
  • Up-to-date understanding of OSHA policies and safety requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate large-scale projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial IT environment is a plus.
  • Availability for occasional travel within the Atlanta Metropolitan Area.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English preferred for effective communication with global teams.
  • Ability to work overtime, attend off-schedule meetings, and be on-call during weekends as required.
