About the Role

As the Network Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to integrate new practices into Altais's Networks of Care. As part of a cross-functional team, you will own growing and maintaining a strong network of healthcare professionals ensuring the availability of high-quality healthcare services.

This position is a hybrid opportunity in the Bay Area, and you must be able to travel up to 75% of the time within the region.

You will focus on

  • Physician and Provider Recruitment: Identify and research potential prospective physicians and providers to generate new leads and opportunities.

  • Physician and Provider Onboarding: Deliver full cycle relationship from initiation to onboarding of new providers including but not limited to executing agreements, credentialing, or others as applicable.

  • Physician and Provider Engagement: Foster and maintain relationship with new prospective physicians, understanding their needs and providing solutions Develop strong, productive relationships with prospective physicians through direct and in-person, regular contact and communication.

  • Presentations: Conduct service presentations and proposals to prospective physicians and providers, and effectively conveying value propositions. Presentations are executed in person, online, or townhalls.

  • Market research: Remain current on network trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to help inform pitch to prospective physicians or providers.

  • Service knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our services and offerings; stay updated on any developments and be able to effectively communicate them.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, physician relations and internal teams to align strategies and objectives.

  • Travel: Must be able to travel 75% of the time within the assigned market.

The Skills, Experience & Education You Bring

  • 7+ years of Provider Networking

  • 7+ years of Managed Care experience

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities.

  • Proven experience in sales, with track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented and ability to work independently.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship building and presentation skills.

  • Ability to apply critical thinking in work approach.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Demonstrates adaptability to meet needs of internal and external stakeholders and prospective physicians and providers.

  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills verbally and in writing.

  • Demonstrates attention to detail in communication, outreach and any informative materials presented to prospective physicians and providers.

  • Demonstrates intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications.

The Base Salary for this position is$101,745 - $122,095/year
