Your Role: 

As Senior Network Development Manager, EAI Robotics you will be Responsible for developing, expanding, and managing the compan partner and dealer network by identifying qualified partners, establishing network standards, and driving sustainable network growth through ongoing operational support and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Dealer Channel Development (U.S. Market)

    • Lead the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of qualified dealers and channel partners across the United States in alignment with FF PAR's strategic objectives across automotive and AI-enabled robotics product lines.
    • Develop and execute a phased dealer expansion plan based on regional market characteristics and business priorities.
    • Own dealer outreach, commercial discussions, and initial partnership structuring.

Dealer & Network Partner Qualification Framework

    •  Establish and continuously refine baseline qualification standards for dealers and network partners, supporting both vehicle and AI robot commercialization where applicable, including but not limited to:
      • Business credentials and compliance requirements
      • Sales, service, and operational capabilities
      • Brand representation and market execution standards
      • Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure a scalable and compliant channel governance framework.

Dealer Operations & Performance Management

    • Manage ongoing dealer operations, performance monitoring, and relationship management across automotive and AI robotics offerings.
    • Define and track key performance metrics, sales targets, and operational KPIs for dealer partners.
    • Support dealers in improving sales effectiveness, operational execution, and customer experience consistency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Execution

    • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, After-Sales, and Operations teams to support the successful rollout of FF PAR initiatives in the U.S., including AI robot-related products and services.
    • Contribute to discussions around channel strategy, pricing strategy, and evolving commercial models.
    • Provide regular market insights and channel performance feedback to senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong background in dealer channels, sales management, or business development.
  • Direct experience operating within the U.S. automotive market or comparable B2B sales environments.
  • Experience with AI-enabled robotics, intelligent hardware, or related emerging technologies is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building, scaling, and managing dealer or partner networks.
  • Proven ability to lead complex commercial negotiations and drive partnerships from concept to execution.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. market dynamics, dealer operations, and regulatory considerations, with the ability to extend these principles to AI and robotics products.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Highly execution-oriented, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-moving and evolving business environments, particularly in new product commercialization.
  • Comfortable building channel infrastructure from the ground up.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting new brands, new product categories, or early-stage commercialization initiatives, especially in AI or robotics.
  • Background in startups or high-growth organizations is preferred.

Annual Salary Range:

($160,000.00 - $200,000.00 DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
