About the Job:

Yum! Brands is seeking an NRM Finance Lead to play a critical role in quantifying and unlocking profitable growth across global markets. This position partners closely with NRM Strategy, Brand, and Market Finance teams to translate pricing, promotional, and portfolio initiatives into measurable revenue, margin, and EBITDA impact.

As a key member of the Global NRM COE, this role helps build scalable financial frameworks that maximize consumer value, enhance franchisee profitability, and support sustainable transaction growth. The NRM Finance Lead will contribute to high-impact transformation initiatives and regularly support senior leadership decision-making.
 

Salary Range: 

$100,000 - $116,000 + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Minimum Requirements:

  • You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent years of experience).
  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial finance, pricing, revenue growth management, investment banking, or related financial modeling roles.
  • At least 3 years of experience building advanced Excel-based financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing P&L drivers, contribution margin, COS%, and growth metrics (e.g., SSSG, traffic, mix).
  • Experience preparing financial analysis and presentations for senior leadership audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in QSR, restaurant, retail, or consumer packaged goods industries.
  • Exposure to Revenue Management or Pricing Strategy initiatives.
  • Investment banking or transaction advisory experience with strong modeling rigor.
  • MBA or CPA.
