  • Partner with Regional Managers and site teams to drive adoption and compliance.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports tracking revenue, participation, rebates, and savings.
  • Manage vendor transitions when communities enter or exit management.
What Success Looks Like

  • Increased participation in resident programs.
  • Successful capture of negotiated rebates and revenue-share opportunities.
  • Timely execution and renewal of vendor agreements.
  • Accurate and actionable monthly reporting.
  • Strong relationships with vendors, operational teams, and community leadership.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in multifamily operations, procurement, vendor management, ancillary revenue, or related field.
  • Proven success negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to evaluate opportunities and present business cases.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience with AppFolio strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Utility billing programs (Conservice or similar)
  • Renterโ€™s insurance programs
  • Maintenance supply rebate programs
  • Rent-stabilized multifamily markets
  • Building or managing a National Accounts or Preferred Vendor Program
Why Join Rose Valley Management?

  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
  • Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • Commuter benefits
  • 401(k) with company match after one year of service
