Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President of Market Access, Biologics, the National Account Director (NAD) will lead the execution of market access and reimbursement strategies supporting the current portfolio as well as future pipeline products. This individual will serve as both a strategic and tactical leader across payer coverage, reimbursement, pricing, contracting, and access strategy.

The NAD will play a critical role in ensuring the successful commercialization of a growing portfolio of buy & bill immunology & oncology biosimilars and innovative rare disease therapies, including future ALS-related opportunities. This leader will help shape payer strategy early in the product lifecycle and influence access solutions before launch and throughout commercialization.

Working directly with national and regional payer stakeholders, this individual will cultivate executive-level customer relationships, negotiate high-impact agreements, influence access decisions, and provide critical market insights that shape commercial strategy.

Most importantly, this role will be essential to the success of Dr. Reddy's Biologics' future growth. The National Account Director will directly influence how quickly patients gain access to critical therapies while helping determine the trajectory of future product launches and long-term organizational growth.

  • Lead all account management activities with assigned National Accounts including access and reimbursement strategy, formulary coverage, medical policy development, contracting, and relationship management.
  • Establish strategic relationships with Medical Directors, Pharmacy Directors, and other executive decision-makers within assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute customer-specific market access strategies supporting both current and future pipeline products.
  • Collaborate with executive management to help shape payer strategy, product positioning, pricing, and contracting approaches.
  • Negotiate contracts that create optimal reimbursement access while protecting ASP and gross-to-net performance.
  • Lead market access strategy for buy & bill biologics, biosimilars, specialty products, and future rare disease assets.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive reimbursement support, formulary access, and customer pull-through activities.
  • Provide strategic insights regarding payer trends, competitive dynamics, reimbursement policy changes, and emerging access barriers.
  • Review and analyze product performance and communicate payer account performance broadly with key internal stakeholders.
  • Represent Dr. Reddy's at key industry meetings including PCMA, AMCP, and Asembia

  • Future specialty biologic and complex therapeutic assets.
