You'll create engaging visual content across print, digital, video, motion graphics, presentations, social media, websites, and events while working closely with our marketing team from concept through execution.

This role plays a key part in maximizing the impact and performance of our digital assets, helping drive engagement, support leasing efforts, and elevate the value of our properties across all marketing channels.
What You'll Do:
  • Design digital and print marketing materials
  • Edit video and create motion graphics for social media, podcasts, and campaigns
  • Develop presentations for executive leadership and business development
  • Create graphics for websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising
  • Support branding initiatives across DLC and our affiliated companies
  • Collaborate with writers, marketers, and business leaders to turn ideas into compelling creative

What You'll Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, or a related field
