PRIMARY FUNCTION:ย
We are seeking a Junior Multimedia Designer to support the creation of compelling visual content across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience who has a strong foundation in graphic design and is also comfortable editing video. The right candidate is creative, detail-oriented and excited to work across static, motion and short-form content in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Primary:
- Design digital creative assets for paid social media, email, web and other marketing channels
- Create on-brand graphics, layouts and visual content that align with campaign objectives
- Edit short-form videos for social platforms, including resizing, captioning, light motion graphics and basic animations
- Adapt creative for different platform specifications and audience needs
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging content
- Support the development of visual concepts for campaigns, launches and ongoing brand storytelling
- Organize and manage design files, templates and creative assets
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions in a timely manner while maintaining high design standards
- Stay current on social content trends, platform best practices and emerging creative formats.

Qualifications
Qualifications:ย
- Proficiencyย in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Proย
- Understanding of typography, layout,ย colorย and brand systemsย
- Experience creating contentย optimizedย forย video platformsย
- Familiarity with After Effects,ย CapCutย or other motion and video editing tools is a plusย
Other preferred qualifications:ย
- Experience designing within established brand guidelinesย
- Basic motion graphics or animation skillsย
- Experience with short-form storytelling and social-first creativeย
- Familiarity with Figma or other digital design toolsย

- Strong attention to detail,ย organizationย and time management skillsย
- Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlinesย
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and grow.ย
Work Experience:ย
- The ideal candidate hasย professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design or digital content creationย andย is able toย provide a strong portfolioย thatย showcasesย theirย graphic design work and some video or motion content, especially for social media.ย
Education: ย
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, multimedia design, digital media or a related field, or equivalent experience.ย ย
Work Environment:ย
- Additionalย hours required as necessary to manage workloadย
- ADL is a hybrid environment; this roleย willย require 3 days in the office.ย ย
Compensation:
- This position has a salary range of $65,000ย to $72,000. This salary range is reflective of a position based in (New York,ย NY).
